this handsome chest with gun barrel columns and decorative carved detail is constructed in two pieces for narrow staircases,it comprises of a 'secret' frieze drawer with three deep drawers below and a further three long drawers, all with wooden knobs and it also has the unusual feature of having a second 'secret' drawer to the base.
with normal veneer nibbles, marks etc commensurate with age and use, this imposing chest of drawers has a wonderful rich colour and patina in beutifully figured mahogany and offers copious storage facility.
