Large Antique English Sterling Silver Inkwell
Usually these bell shaped inkwells are much smaller, this is a fabulous larger one with a base diameter measuring 4" and standing 4" tall.
The lid opens to reveal the large removable glass liner. The silver is hallmarked (rubbed on the outside, clear on the inside of the lid) for Birmingham 1908 it is also lucky enough to have a design registration number on the interior of the lid.
Excellent condition.
