Antique large 19C William IV / early Victorian flame mahogany sideboard or chiffonier.

A rare and attractive piece of antique furniture.

This is a lovely quality piece, that is full of age charm and character.

Beautiful patina...a rare find, with a quality feel.

Cellarette (lead lined) in the bottom right hand corner.

A good solid and heavy piece of antique furniture, with no loose joints and whose mahogany lined drawers slide freely.

Separates into two halves for transport (top and bottom).

Overall maximum dimensions 199cmW x 59cmD x 93cmH (+16cm high upstand).

Historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, wear, imperfections, repairs and alterations, as is always the way and to be expected with antique furniture. Just a few historical woodworm holes, believed extinct, that we have treated for good measure. The rear upstand has been reduced in height historically, but somehow still looks right.

Please note that this item is large and heavy. Please make sure before buying that it will fit in and can be maneuvered into the room that it is intended for. The customer will need to provide a strong able bodied person for our driver to assist with carrying.
