Ladies 9ct gold Omega wrist watch, 1968
Ladies 9ct gold Omega wrist watch, 1968.
The watch has a high grade calibre 671 automatic movement with 24 jewel (adjusted two positions) which is working nicely. This particular calibre was in production from 1961 until 1971, the serial number 26,805,071 dates this one to 1968.
The watch measures 22mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is 9 carat gold and the inside of the case back is hallmarked for London 1968 together with the OWC mark for Omega Watch Company and the Omega triangular stamp. Overall, the case is in good condition with just general light surface marking. Omega winding crown.
The lens is the original Omega lens, with the tiny clear logo to the centre. There is a 3mm crack which shows at certain angles.
The signed dial is in its original finish with original hands, seconds sweep and outer minute markers.
The watch has a later leather strap.
The watch will come in a new presentation box.
