Unusual little early 20th.c. mahogany writing desk c.1920. Kidney shaped top with a leather writing surface and rosewood crossbanded edge. Over three drawers with shaped flame mahogany veneered fronts with satinwood stringing and brass knobs. On curving X frame legs without a joining stretcher so it be easily used as a desk. Veneers and stringing continued on the rear. Oak drawer linings. A few minor marks to the leather which appears to be original. Excellent condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops.
