A fine quality 18K gold IWC Schaffhausen chronometer pocket watch circa 1927 with the original box. The original silvered dial, gilt numerals and hands. Mechanism no. 868681 H5. Case width 47mm. We purchased this watch direct from a lady who's father had owned it from new. It was sent to IWC for a service in 1989.
