This is a fabulous 19th century Indian dowry chest with lovely hand painted decoration in its original bold colours. The hardwood chest is in excellent original condition with a really solid construction with studded iron strap work as well as its original hand forged metal clasp


The chest is a very practical size for a coffee table or bottom of bed storage and measures 125 cms wide by 62 high by 43 deep.
