A beautiful cast brass double bed of fine quality with original porcelain castors. Stamped by makers "Hoskins & Sewell" who were renowned for making high quality beds throughout the 19th and early 20th century. Raised on the original porcelain castors and in lovely condition throughout. This bed comes complete with original side irons and a wooded slatted base. This bed takes a standard UK double mattress (4 ft 6"0). English, Circa 1880.
