Good Antique Victorian Burr Walnut Canterbury
A good quality antique Victorian serpentine burr walnut Canterbury. This quality Canterbury / magazine rack has a burr walnut serpentine top with finialed up-stand held by shaped a pierced fretwork supports. The lower section being divided with turned supports has a serpentine walnut drawer with hand cut dovetails raised on turned feet with brass cup castors. In excellent condition having been restored using traditional methods this antique Canterbury / magazine rack has a wonderful warm walnut colour with good burr veneers. A well proportioned and attractive Canterbury ideal for storing papers and magazines whilst also having a top tier and drawer.
