A Gothic Arts and Crafts Carved Golden Oak Sideboard by Gillows 1870

This is a Richly Carved Victorian Golden Oak or Green Man Cabinet, the cupboard has a richly carved centre panel and a carved frieze which camouflages a central drawer flanked on either side by a Lions Masks
The cupboard is curved and shelved at both ends with 3 cupboards in the centre, 2 glazed and the centre one behind the carved panel. The cupboards all have adjustable shelves and the top has a moulded edge
The cupboard is in good condition, the old oak has wonderful patination, all the fittings are original and the cupboard is stamped Gillows
The cupboard is 43” high, 56” wide and 17” deep
