Georgian Repousse Decorated Solid Silver Cream Jug
Here we have for sale this absolutely exquisite early Nineteenth Century, Georgian ornate repousse decorated George III period cream jug. This creamer has an applied reeded border, plain scroll handle, with stunning floral repousse decoration and a vacant cartouche, and a good gauge of silver.
The details are as follows:
Maker: Unknown - jug is partially marked
Assay Office: London
Date mark: 1805
Height: 9 cm
Length: 13 cm
Width: 8 cm cm
Weight: 108 grams
Condition report: This is an overall excellent example. There are the odd minor dinks and some deep scratches to the base (see photos) along with the expected age related wear (such as light surface scratches), which is to be expected for its over 195 year age. However, this is a fine solid silver creamer and in marvelous condition with no significant wear or damage.

This creamer would be an gorgeous addition and asset to your silver collection, a fine piece of antique silver that can be adored, cherished and admired for many years to come.
