Antique fine quality Georgian 18th Century oak tallboy chest on chest of drawers C1770.

Attractive pilaster front corners to the top and parquetry inlay to the cornice.

Solid, strong and heavy...splits into two halves for transport.

No loose joints and the oak lined drawers slide freely.

Rare, with a great colour and patina....has the wow factor.

Overall maximum dimensions: 111cmW x 53cmD x 195cmH (90cm bottom, 105cm top).

In good antique condition with only historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, wear, imperfections and repairs, as is to be expected with genuine antique furniture. There are no keys and the locks are consequently untested. Later handles and brassware. There are some historic extinct woodworm holes (expected for early period oak furniture), that we have treated for good measure.
