Late 18th.c. Cuban mahogany clothes press on stand c.1790. Unusual dimensions being just 52½” tall. Two door cupboard top fitted with three slides and one fixed shelf for clothes and linen etc. On a separate base with two drawers raised on short square legs. Moulded cornice, raised and fielded door panels and simple moulded detail to the drawer fronts and legs. Superb solid mahogany timbers to the top, front and sides. Solid oak slides, drawer linings and back boards. Excellent condition with original brass brass swan neck handles, cupboard lock and catches. Original colour, simply cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Key supplied.
