A beautiful high quality mahogany chest of drawers offered in very good condition.

English, Circa 1770.

This chest is a great model, with neat lines and beautiful light mahogany colour.
Caddy like solid mahogany top with boxwood string inlaid edge, above 2 short and 3 long graduating drawers of solid oak dovetailed construction.

The drawers all pull smoothly, using their original brass swan neck handles, and are decorated with boxwood string inlaid edging to match the top of the chest.

Raised on bracket feet.

This is a superb looking chest that would be a positive addition to any home.
