This Splendid Georgian Mahogany Chest of Drawers of great Proportions is in a Lovely Clean Condition with great Patina, having a Rectangular Ogee Edged Top above Four Large Graduated Drawers Below, all of Dovetailed Construction and Running Smoothly, fitted with Brass Escutcheon's and Ornate Brass Ring Pull Handles, flowing into a Lower Stylish Moulding, all resting upon four Shaped Bracket Feet. To the rear of the Chest is a solid back with a Shipping Label reading Lord/Lady Hambleden, possible previous owners, whose family were the founders of the great W.H.Smith. All in all a lovely Chest of Drawers of great Proportions and not to overpowering as some Chests can be.
