Hutton-Clarke Antiques is pleased to offer a wonderful mid-18th-century English dresser. Beautifully crafted from solid oak, the piece features a superb colour and patination. Dating around 1750, it showcases characteristic turned legs with pad feet, original fretted brass handles, and a finely shaped frieze. The top, features a splashback. With its versatile height, the dresser is well-suited for use in a main room or hallway. Often repurposed today as a console table or server, it pairs beautifully with a good pair of lamps and a central decorative object, complemented by either a mirror or a picture behind. This dresser is a particularly fine example, in good original condition. Height 89 cm , width 181 cm, depth 46.5 cm
