Antique Georgian 18C rustic oak country tallboy chest on chest of drawers.
Attractive reeded canted corners.

Solid strong and very heavy...splits into two halves for transport.

No loose joints and the drawers slide freely (some marks inside as is to be expected).

Rare, with a great colour....has the wow factor.

Full of age charm and character, almost a work of art.

Overall maximum dimensions 115cmW x 55cmD x 192cmH (86cm bottom, 106cm top).

Historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, wear, imperfections, repairs and alterations, as is always the way and to be expected with genuine antique furniture. There are no keys and the locks are consequently untested (locks missing in two drawers, dummies in 4 drawers). Later handles. There are historic extinct woodworm holes (expected for 18C country oak furniture), that we have treated for good measure. There have been repairs and alterations to the feet and cornice.
