This is an excellent example of a Georgian III Mahogany drop leaf table, circa 1770. The Mahogany is Central or South American and of high quality, and is also very heavy. It has four tapered legs, two of which open up to support the leaves. This item has been restored and french polished in our workshops, but still retains the evidence of its 250 year history. As seen in the pictures, this table has a beautiful deep, rich colour with an excellent grain pattern to the leaves.
