Gents 1960s Swiss Emperor De Luxe automatic watch.
The watch has a Swiss 25-jewel automatic movement which is working nicely.
The watch measures 35mm diameter excluding the winding crown and lugs. The case is stainless steel and it is in good condition, just light surface marking and one scratch to the case back. The case back states that the watch is waterproof but, as with any vintage watch, it should be kept away from water and moisture.
The lens is in good condition (some reflection showing in the photos).
The signed dial is in its original finish with original hands, centre seconds hand and date display (an early form of quickset date where the hands are repeatedly turned backwards and forwards between midnight and 9pm until the desired time is reached).
The watch comes on a stainless steel bracelet which currently fits a 19cm wrist, there is capacity on the clasp to make it around 2cm smaller.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
