French Gueridon centre table with concave base
Really super quality and beautifully proportioned French early 19th century moulded edge marble top Gueridon centre table on a tri form base and fabulous lions paw feet.
The table is in the Charles X period, dating to circa 1820 and is in good original condition.
An unusual charcoal grey and white flecked marble with some fossilised elements and a simple moulded edge.
The top sits on a well figured mahogany frieze and is supported by this beautiful tri form concave plinth with deep lions paw feet.
Great piece of antique furniture to use as a hall centre table, but also works well as a corner lamp table.
Measuring:
H 27 3/4" - 70.5cm
W 39 1/2" - 100.5cm Based in Uppingham, Rutland…having been in the business for 25 years focusing on mostly French and English decorative antiques and interiors from the 18th to the early 20th century, hopefully a collection you will enjoy browsing and hopefully re home some of my finds!
