French Amboyna And Marble Dressing Table
Super quality and beautifully constructed French marble top dressing table in burr amboyna, finished with all original brass mounts and bevelled mirror glass too.
Very decorative dressing table and being kidney shape, you can free stand it as the rear is polished. Also a kidney shape dressing table will sit really well across a corner too with the rounded sides not wasting space.
The amboyna has a wonderful deep and rich colour to it and is consistent throughout and the contrast of the light grained marble and brass works beautifully.
There is a single full width drawer for storage and a sensible leg height underneath so it is practical to sit at.
The mirror can be altered in pitch with the two acorn finials on the support and they hold the mirror very securely.
Great condition and a fantastic piece of decorative antique French antique furniture.
For transport, the top support for the mirror does detach, so it is easy to move!
