Highest quality Victorian Aesthetic movement solid walnut and veneered walnut centre table. Solid walnut tapered base of a great design. All parts are stop chamfered even on the underside where you don't see. Nice detailing to the base. Original turned under finials to the corners. The top is veneered in highly figured walnut with a wide ash cross banding and ebony line inlay.

Apart from a couple of old shrinkage lines to the top the table is in very good condition and has mellowed to a lovely colour. Waxed finish.

Due to the unusual design and high quality manufacture I am sure you could probably pin this piece to s specific maker.
