FINE & RARE 18th century George III tea caddy, veneered in rosewood and satinwood stripes. Very nice original rococo brass handle and escution with original lock and key which are working.

Very rarely it is complete with all three of its original brass tea canisters, the middle one with star to the top. The two outer ones have round lids which pull off whilst the centre one has a hinged lid. There is no bottom to the middle one.

You very rarely find these caddies with their original canisters.
