A Large Painted Fabric Roll Stand Gentlemans Tailor Shop Display

This is a Good Decorative piece, it is made in heavy parchment and was originally for the transport of heavy rolls of suit fabric it has a metal rim top and bottom, for decorative purposes it has been painted to advertise SAVILLE ROW TAILORS
