We have for sale these late Victorian stools. The tops are solid elm, the legs are solid beech which has been painted white. The legs are nicely turned and the stretchers are elegantly shaped.

The stools were completely stripped of their original finish, the tops were given three coats of a hard-wearing modern lacquer and the legs were given three coats of white paint.

All the new finishes are water-based, reducing their environmental impact.

The stools show some minor wear and tear, as would be expected. They are structurally sound.
