Very clean Elgin grade 76, model 5, class 8, size 18 open face pocket watch measuring 58.6 mm in diameter and dating to c1891.

White enamel dial signed 'Elgin Nat. Watch Co.' with black Roman numerals, blued steel spade hands and subsidiary seconds dial. In super condition having no hairlines, chips or discolouration. Also and excellent bevelled edge mineral crystal.

The silverode case by Philadelphia Watch Case Co. and numbered '52892'. The screw-on back cover with locomotive as per photos. No dings or scratching of note and the covers open and close as they should.

The stem wind and set gilt full plate movement with 15 jewels, Moseley regulator, adjusted and with screw-set jewelling. In good condition and working order. We only accept payment via PayPal as we do not have the facility to process payments by other methods.
