Harlequin set of eight late Georgian oak dining chairs c.1810. Comprising a true set of four, a pair and two singles. The design is a country vernacular interpretation of a Chippendale chair with some slight variations but each with shaped top rails and flat baluster form back splats over simple board seats raised on square legs joined with side and cross stretchers. Well matched for size and colour. Excellent condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
Dimensions: width 19″, depth 18″, height 37″.
