This is a fine quality Edwardian inlaid rosewood drawing room couch (c.1890 - 1910).

This is a set of fine quality Edwardian inlaid rosewood drawing room couch, circa 1890 - 1910. The couch boasts satinwood floral inlaid urns and fine interspersed spindles to the back. There is inlaid banding to the arms and legs. The couch stands on tapered spade feet and the original mug castors. A master registration no. is impressed in back leg T1202. The back feet are splayed which is a sign of good quality.

Condition Report
In very good condition commensurate with age. Free of wood worm, solid in joint and ready to use. The couch has recently been freshly upholstered in coffee satin brocade.

Delivery to any address in mainland England & Wales is £69. For delivery to Scotland & Ireland, please email for a quote. If you wish to avoid the delivery cost, you can collect the item in person. Delivery will be made by our own specialised antique furniture delivery service, or in some cases we will use a courier service for distant deliveries. We will inform you by email and/or telephone and provide you with full delivery details including when to expect delivery. Delivery times are usually 1-4 weeks (depending on location). We will contact you to arrange the delivery day please ensure you give us a contact number to aid the delivery process. Delivery includes insurance we can assure you that the packaging standard is second to none and will fully protect the item.

UK Returns & Refunds
A 7 day “no quibble” return policy (from the date you receive the item) is available if you are not happy with this item. The buyer is required to cover the cost of return transit – the collection cost is the same as the delivery cost. You will be given a refund (excluding the delivery and collection cost) as long as the item is returned in the same condition. If you decide to return the item at the point of delivery, you will only pay for the delivery cost. We will collect the item using our specialist Furniture Delivery Company to avoid any damage. We will not accept returns via a courier service due to experience of damaged items in transit. This refund policy only applies to deliveries to the UK.

UK Buyer Payment
For UK buyers, we will accept cash on collection or delivery cheque, credit card, BACS (free bank to bank transfer). Payment is requested within 5 days of the sale.
