Edwardian Inlaid Mahogany Bed
A substantially made circa 1905 mahogany inlaid double bed.
Featuring a swags and tails inlay to headboard and matching footboard, this bed is in beautiful condition and is of superb quality. The bed is also inlaid to all four square uprights with a boxwood stringing design. This is a substantial and superb quality bed, and comes complete with a newly made slatted pine bed base all that is required is a standard double mattress.
The bed is in good condition for its age, with just a moderate amount of wear and tear. There is also a small piece of wood missing from one of the feet, but this is not noticeable, and does not detract from the overall beauty of this lovely bed.
An ideal item for any period bedroom interior.
