A finely carved early 20th Century walnut black forest bear hall stand with a cub playing in the branches above, the bear below looking up and holding and standing on an umbrella stand, the construction is very sturdy and the branches are more than strong enough to accommodate numerous coats and hats. Lovely crisp carving and in excellent condition. Circa 1900.
