Classic Victorian iron and brass king size bed. Professionally and sympathetically restored in hand finish jet black with aged brass. Side rails have been lengthened, strengthened and adapted to support wood slats to suit standard modern king size mattress 150cm x 200cm/5' x 6'6". Whole frame has been shot blasted and primed before finishing using Little Greene paint company Jet Black and waxing to preserve. Brass cleaned and aged. Simple, timeless design with good definition in decorative castings.
