Circa 1900, a Chinese hardwood stand, the circular top with a marble insert is made of 4 sections with a carved pie crust edge. Below is a very stylish shaped apron with open fretwork carving of flowers. The stand has 4 carved cabriole legs with neat carving down the front of each one finishing in a small scroll. The table is supported by a very elaborate stretcher underneath, with a cross over of carving with a flower head centre and four quarter sections with open fretwork. Excellent colour and condition.
