A carved circa early 1900s Black Forest dogs head, containing a small inset brass pot, possibly for holding pins, matches, or other small items.
The dogs head has 2 inset glass eyes and is in good condition, with only wear as would be expected.
It measures approx 11.5 cm (4.5 inches) from front to back, by 6.5 cm (2.5 inches) high, the brass pot has a diameter of approx 3.5 cm (3.4 inches)
