Very good quality antique Victorian adjustable Brooks Ltd piano stool covered in Timorous Beasties- hand printed velvet

Dating form the 1880s, it is ebonised with gold highlights.

The stool has been completely stripped of all upholstery and the horsehair has been washed and new hessian ,wadding, calico and top cover
The top cover is a velvet hand printed by Timorous Beasties - a Scottish designer I have been an upholsterer for 20 years with qualifications in upholstery and soft furnishings at City&Guild level
