Very unusual tall brass and marble top wine table by Thonet of Barcelona c.1920. Very well figured 17½” diameter marble top on an elaborate brass base. Deep apron with reeded edges, Classical masks and anthemion pattern detail. Tripod twist legs with Classical fluted column style tops and feet, joined with a triangular stretcher. Some damage and old repairs to the edges of the marble, otherwise very good condition. Maker or retailer’s label to the underside for Thonet Hermanos Barcelona.
