Stunning! - This is a beautiful basket powder compact from the 1930's, with a beautiful guilloche enamel centre in white edged in green with a rose painted - measuring c. 2.1/4" inch (5.6cm) diameter it is an adorable shape with a swing handle to the top - fully engine turned to the base, it tests for silver but there are no hallmarks so I will sell as 'white metal'. All clasps and hinges are in good order, it is overall excellent condition, with a high polish steel mirror to the top with an inset rouge compartment, a puff is present - a collectors dream in the best of order sure to delight!.
