For those gents out there who desire a less than generic looking watch, who aspire for something not only classy but very distinctively Art Deco then this maybe the timepiece for you! This fabulous watch is Swiss made, dating to the late 30's with a very distinctive dial that ensures this watch couldn't be mistaken for any other era. A luxurious design of its time an outstanding class. This is a golden opportunity to acquire a perfect condition Art Deco Gents wrist watch. This is what we call 'old new stock', that is to say it's of the period dating to the 1930's but has never been sold, marketed or worn, as you can imagine that's quite a rarity. We were lucky enough to have sourced a few of these watches, all Art Deco and all dating to the 1930's and then added the leather strap. This Swiss made watch is by LOV . Watches in this condition, from those years are unique, difficult to find. This watch was never worn by anyone, it was in a drawer for several dozen years. The only thing that has been done is a light service to the movement with new oil. All the rest not restored, original condition. The back of the watch is made of stainless steel, the front of watch is chromed. nice, clean, high-quality movement, mechanical with manual winding, Art Deco, dial designates: "LOV" = Creation Watch Co. SA, Switzerland . Size of the watch without crown approx .: 35 x 26 mm, with old unused bracelet, unworn from old inventory, authentic original condition, minimal traces of use, no signs of usage, no damage, perfect, never worn condition.
The watch is perfect both for everyday wear and for adding to the collections. Lovely watch any gentleman would love to wear. The case back is free of any engravings, shows no wear-through to the plating.
