This antique William IV writing table is in wonderful original condition & is of very high quality. It has a polished back, three drawers on the front with turned bun handles & fine dovetails. The top has a hand coloured tooled leather writing surface with plenty of character like the rest of this desk. The legs are turned & fluted, which is typical for the William IV period (1830-40) & they still have the original white porcelain casters. This desk has lovely proportions, being not too deep & a good length. It has just been polished.
