Antique William IV Mahogany Leather Top Desk
Smallish antique mahogany writing table desk, with a tooled leather writing surface. It's in lovely original condition, with a polished back & brass lions head handles on the single drawer. The drawer has fine dovetails & is oak lined. This table has two side supports that sit on platform bases, which have turned feet below & concealed casters underneath. There is also a turned stretcher between the two supports, which adds to the overall look & gives more stability. This library table dates to around the 1830-40's period.
