An impressive antique Victorian oak leather top writing table / desk. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1870-1890 period.

It is of superb quality, solid oak throughout with a lovely inset faded black leather writing surface. It sits on finely turned and fluted baluster legs, with a finished back so it can be used as a free standing item. The solid brass handles are beautifully designed and are a lovely feature.

We have had this recently re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age.
