Lovely Antique Victorian Mahogany Writing Desk and dating from around 1860. Constructed from quality mahogany it has a moulded edge to the top with green leather embossed skiver set within the mahogany surround. To each side there is a false drawer front and with a central to the centre all fo which have flamed mahogany panelled fronts with original turned mahogany handles and with the centre drawer being mahogany lined. It stands on lovely turned and fluted Gillows legs on original castors.

In very good condition with a lovely deep colour and patination to the mahogany oozing all the charm and character of the period.
