Antique Victorian Mahogany Twin Pedestal Desk

Antique Victorian Mahogany Twin Pedestal Desk and dating from around c1880. Constructed from quality mahogany it has a rounded edge to the top. There is a single drawer over the kneehole with a shaped and pierced frieze under.
Each pedestal has a single drawer to the top all of which are pine lined with original knob handles. Below is a single door with arched moulded panel and original knob handle. Internally to each is a single shelf. It stands on a plinth base with bun feet on castors.
Measures 31" high x 23" deep x 48" wide x 24" knee height
In very good original condition with a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
