Antique Silver Heart Shaped Pill Box - 1899
A stunning and pretty heart shaped box lavishly gilded on the interior.
The hinged lid fits well and is beautifully decorated with a figural scene. The underside is where the full English hallmark can be found for Birmingham 1899, late Victorian in era. The makers initials are also present for the well renowned silversmith, Henry Matthews.
Excellent condition, measuring 2" x 1 3/4" x 3/4" tall.
