A most unusual little desk-top inkstand made from a solid Oak base having been beautifully hand-carved, with an integral pen tray to the front.

The cut crystal inkwell is in superb undamaged condition with a most unusual carved Oak domed lid set in a brass hinged collar.

Victorian in era, dating to the late nineteenth century, around 1890. The base measures 10" x 6" the inkwell measures 2 1/4" square x 3" tall.
