A magnificent antique Edwardian oak double bed dating from circa 1900-1910. The central splats of the headboard and footboard are carved with stylised Art Nouveau foliate motifs. In good original condition, the oak frame has a beautiful rich colour and patina. It has an iron frame with drop in rails, which is easily assembled or dis-assembled for transport. Comprising of a headboard, footboard and iron rails along with a centre rail and bed slat base. Takes a standard double mattress.
