Quality Corner Cabinet - Astragal Glazed - c1800

A Georgian English mahogany corner cabinet with quality 12 pane glazed door c1800.

A very pleasing example, wonderfully proportioned, and ideal for display and storage purposes.

Of quality craftsmanship it presents canted corners, upper flame mahogany over door detailing, and moulding to the crown.

The astragal glazed door provides fine beading and opens to reveal a trio of straight fronted shelves and a clean interior.

The cabinet displays wonderfully throughout and the whole is presented in good antique order. Fittings are provided to allow easy wall mounting.

There is a working lock and key.

Overall a quality English corner display cabinet, with good proportion, which benefits from superior original glazing.
