A Rare Victorian Lacquered Brass Kingsize Bed
A superb quality and rare 5ft (kingsize) Lacquered Brass Bed retaining the original sprung metal mattress base with winding handle for adjustable tension. This beautiful bed also retaining the original ornate irons, castors and all fittings. Wonderful original condition throughout. Stamped by makers "Hoskins & Sewell" who were renowned for making high quality beds throught the 19th and early 20th century. This bed takes a standard modern kingsize mattress.
