A gents good sized 1950s Rodania wrist watch
A gents 1950s Rodania wrist watch.
The watch has a signed Rodana FHF 72 hand-winding movement which is working nicely.
The watch is a good size for a 1950s piece at 36mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is gold plated… the front is in good condition but there are minor signs of wear to the edge, mainly around the opening to the movement. The stainless steel screw-on case back is also signed.
The lens is in good condition.
The signed black dial is in lovely condition… it has a textured diamond shape to the middle with contrasting textured finish around the outside, it is a fairly subtle design which is visible at certain angles. Original hands, a centre seconds hand and outer minute markers.
A new black leather strap has been fitted. ALL PRICES INCLUDE UK POSTAGE (excluding Northern Ireland).
