The company manufactured antique furniture for the likes of the Savoy Theatre and the new Law Courts, and a variety of their furniture items were featured at the Paris Exposition Universelle exhibit in 1878. Colcutt, Stephen Webb, H.W. Batley, and many more. W J Gravener Antiques is a family owned business, started in 1963 by William who was joined by son, Mark in 1981 and continues today with the same ethos of dealing in fine quality English and Continental furniture, mirrors and decorative objects, from the 18th & 19th centuries.
