This simple oak writing table was made by Brynmawr and has a single drawer with ebonsied handles below its original beige linoleum top. It has square sectioned legs, one of which bears the Brynmawr label.

It dates to the 1930s and was designed and manufactured by Brynmawr for the Aberdare Hall of Cardiff University, from where it was only recently removed.
